I’m reading my “rules” and I see I can have ONE cup of coffee a day - woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

absolutely NO idea -

I am pre-surgical and the office was kind enough to give this to me - this is the diet I get when I come home from the hospital - not bad eh?

I stay in the hospital for 4 days - I hope that is a mistake and they mean up to 4 days - when I had a c-section I just about lost it after 2 in a hospital...
