Protein Bars

Ok I am 4 months out and I can eat a hole Atkins protein bar is that good or bad I just don't want to stretch my pouch :( but after I eat it I am full I just wana do things right :)

LOL... I feel the same way.. I don't want to stretch my pouch. I eat slowly and as soon as I feel comfortably full I stop. A couple of times I ate a bit more than I should have and I felt pain. I will never do that again !!! Its all about portion control... what does your nutrition guide say about ounces and size??? I would follow that.

I'm also 4 months out. My nutritionist says only to eat half....but that's all I can handle anyway....they make me so full.

Same here I get though half and save the rest for later.

If you have a GNC around you try Quest bars the keep really well in a car or lunch box and they ar low in calories almost no carbs and no sugars

Today I just ate half and I was good I am going to have to keep watching that its just that my hair is falling out and I want to get all the protein I can I think I am going to have to go back to 3 shakes a day I don't want to be bald ;(
