Why Am I Still Hungry?!?!

Everyone kept saying I won't feel hungry for like a year after surgery but the day after surgery I was hungry. And it's not just head hungry by stomach is actually growling. Wtf?!?

    sometime when you're dehydrated your stomach makes you feel like you're hungry. Are you getting enough fluid in?
