6 Momth Check Up Today!

I'm so ecstatic I could scream! Just had my 6 month check up. I've lost 55% of my body fat only 25% left to lose!! Also only 30lbs left until I reach my goal weight!! I'm so pumped I went and bought some new clothes at my favorite clothing store- NY&C - mind you I changed there into an outfit I just bought - they offered me a job!! Ahh I'm truly loving life right now :)

    That is wonderful you got 30 pounds to go I have 14 to go. I'm just as happy for you. How do they check body fat? I never had thus done.
