Nutri System Snacks

Bought a few of these today....tell me if I'm wrong but I think the nutrition info looks ok on these...and there's actually protein in it. I had been looking for something different.

These look good but watch the salt with nutri-system. They can be high in sodium which can cause bloating and dehydration.

according to my nutritionist guidelines I'd be able to eat those.

I've been using some of my Medifast Snacks since the surgery. They have 11 grams of soy Protein in them and it's crunchy stuff which helps.

The pretzels snacks are horrible....the flavoring or something is way off. I opened them while we were out yesterday and immediately yelled for my husband to pull over....I had to spit it out and clean my mouth out with water. The cereal ones are good though.

I used to be on medifast. Can you do the parm puffs? How about drinks, chilli, or the brownie?

I would say they would be fine but any time I've tried something like that they don't seem to "slide" but just sit like a brick and swell up so use caution and moderation.
