I was wondering about tanning afterward I'm still pre op and was curious about inscions and stuff if tanning affects them in any way?

You probably wouldn't want to tan for the first month or so. I was told not to swim for the first three weeks so I'm guessing maybe that'd be the same for tanning since it's indirect contact with the incisions.

I was told to not tan for the first 8 weeks , slows up healing process .

I'm glad that you asked this question, I tan also just to keep an even skin color.
