My dr told me to stay away from the gummy ones. He said the body doesn't absorbed them.

My surgeon said no gummies. I take Centrum's multi.

I take Gummies because my stomach is still to weak. They go down great and my bloodwork was normal. They are much stronger stuff out there, but find something that works for u.

Not sure about the gummies but my doc has be on a prenatal Vitamin for a Multivitamin (Great for your hair, skin and nails), Iron, Calcium, B-12, Vitamin D and I take a probiotic which is the easiest one because it comes in a capsule that I just open and poor into whatever I'm sinking or eating, it's practically tasteless.

Seems like a lot now that I think of it...lol
