Two Weeks Tomorrow No Weight Loss Post Op

I might be different because I am a revision from the sleeve to the bypass but tomorrow is my two week post op and I am just now hitting the weight I was when I went in for the revision. I had four days off and went back to work. Maybe I pushed it too much or maybe my body is in shock ! Please advise! I'm going crazy !!

It does take a while to lose the water weight and swelling weight you get from the surgery. Then you do hit more plateaus along the way. Just have to stick to your program and know that it works. I know my scale hasn't budged in a few weeks as well. It is frustrating but, I know it will move :)

I am 2 and 1/2 weeks post op and sitting at the same weight for a week. So I can totally relate to the frustration. I have tried upping my Protein and exercise but no movement in the scale.

I also have hit no movement on the scale, had surgery on 8/1 and the first few weeks I was down 27 pounds, but in the last 2 weeks Ive only lost another 3 pds, its very frustrating, Im trying to eat, but I just dont feel like it !! and Im struggling with drinking, so I chew ice alot.

I eat because I know I need the energy to make it thru the day.Im starting to add more to my food choices, so Im hoping this will help.

Just hang in there, we are all going thru the same thing !! it will all work out !!
