There is pasta in it. My dietician said no pasta period. Can cause dumping and is too heavy on the pouch.

You could try hummus or really mashed egg salad.

I ate spaghetti o's on mine. Puréed beef stew was good too.

You might be surprised to find out how much sugar is in Spaghetto-O's....that's why kids love them...

I was also told no pasta or rice. Puree'd stage to me is one of the hardest because you're on it for a while and not many food choices. Definitely call your nutritionist they are there to help you! They have lots of ideas on how to get the protein in with the items you do like.
