Finally got it from UHC after waiting from Jan 24 to yesterday Jan 30...

To those that are still waiting please continue to wait and hang in there..if I can do it you can too.

    I have UHC too. Hope they cover your fills. Mine are $200 out of pocket. I'm not sure why they don't cover them. Best of luck to you with your surgery.
