My starting weight the day of surgery was 264, I'm 5"5 and 25 years old, how much should I expect to loose the first month?

Not entirely sure for the month but I'm one wk out and I've lost 11lbs in that wk, with my two wk fluids it all totals 25lbs. My goal for the month of August was too loose 25lbs, I'm there and I have 9 days left and I'm feeling strong:)

My first month I lost 23lbs. I am 5'1" and I started at 278. I am 3 months out and have lost 53 lbs

I'm 3 1/2 weeks out lost 23 lbs from pre surgery weight and have stalled wish the doctor would release me for more exersice. I'm up to 2 1/2 miles a day walking total.

We all want the weight to come off faster and it will come off just give it time.

Everyone is different and there is no one answer to your question. I encourage you to follow the protocol as close to the letter as you possibly can and just trust the process. The fact that your weight loss may be different from mine means absolutely nothing. Your body will find it's own way in it's own time. You'll love the result!!
