Taking Pills

How soon after surgery did you try swallowing smallish pills? One month? or longer? I almost gag eating them crushed in apple sauce...just want to swallow the pill whole...

I'm 9 days out and couldnt stand the taste of liquid Zoloft so I cut it in to 4 pieces and swallowed no issues.... Yet.

i was taking small pills 2 days after. the doctor give me B12 to take. i had no problem swalloing it.

I take four things daily and my doctor had me resume taking the pills by mouth on the day I got home from the hospital. I haven't had any issues at all with it and one of my pills is fairly large--not a horse pill... maybe just a pony pill. :lol:

Wow, I was told to crush for at least the first month...well Tues. is my 1 mo. surgiversary, so, I swallow I will...lol
