Surgery On 8/10

Surgery went well, after a few hours of being in the hospital it became so overwhelming. I had an anxioity attact. I came home yesterday. Still overwhelmed. Please keep me on prayer.

Sharon...hang in there. I had my surgery on 8/9 and came home Sat. Sunday was a very rough day and I feel 100% better today. The hunger part isn't easy right now but I keep reading other success stories that keep me motivated.

Thanks Carrie, what a you doing to stay active? Tomorrow I will go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 5/10 mins.

That's about my routine. I take 2-3 walks each day even if it's at a store or my neighborhood. I've noticed though the days when I'm not taking in alot of liquid it's much harder to get the walks in. I have my one week dr appt tomorrow and hope they upgrade me to purée foods for more energy.
