Dumping?

Ok warning this is a STUPID QUESTION but I think I need some clarification. What exactly is dumping? Without being to blunt, I thought it was after you eat something, it immediately goes through you and your on the toilet. However, somethings I've read I'm not so sure that is exactl what it is...I think it's part of it but is there more??

    I think I dumped last night ... My tummy started cramping really bad and then BAM ! I was sprinting towards the toilet for about 30 minutes ! Afterwards, I felt better ! Everyone experiences dumping differently . I didn't have any vomiting just cramping and sweating and diahrea (sp)

    My experience with it was sweating, heart racing, dizzy, sometimes diarrhea. After it passes I felt like I ran a marathon, tired and no energy. But everyone experiences it differently.

    Well i am 22 weeks out and i have had dumping a few times. Once with diarrhea, stomach cramping, and just the over all feeling of fatigue. The other times have been vomiting, and that's usually an immediate effect. (For me) with the vomiting, usaully comes light headedness.

    Everyone is different, and dumps on different things. Goodluck ツ
