Protein Bars

Does anyone know any good Protein bars that are not packed with fat and carbs and have a good amount of protein and Fiber in them that would be good for us to have instead of a shake.

I always liked Atkins bars.

What do you consider low enough on carbs and fat to be worthwhile?

I use protein bars from Atkins - I am tired of the sweet flavors but they are very convenient or travel.

Quest makes good bars. They also have a Reese cup like candy with 20g of Protein.
