Mine is July 11 and I do pretty good. Lean cuisine is my best friend. I have just done ok. Everyday I'm tempted this is hard. Now I'm outta town wit mom visiting family for the 4th....pray for me y'all! I'm allowing 1 day to just do whatever with restrictions so I should be ok.

Man that's tough. Mine is unlimited veggies and fruits, lean cuisine for lunch, protein shakes.

Red snapper is high in protein white meat grilled is awesome with lemone juice a little butter and some creole seasoning. U can also bake, broil, and fry it.

Can you have any veggies at all? I'm allowed two cups of low carb veggies so I made them into a Soup. It helps to have it during meal time. If not sugar free Jello and pops. My kids keep offering me food too. It gets easier!
