So Bummed!

Ok... I just turned 15 Weeks post op and my arms are super flabby! I used to use the resistant band for my workouts on my wii, but I just recently started lifting weights. Im currently using 10lb weights and they are kicking my ass! I was also told that lotions with collagen might also help with elasticity. I feel so bummed, because my arms have always been big, all my life. And now they are flabby. on a happier note, I have lost a total of 74lbs which makes me super happy!

Extra skin happens =( Glad you lost so much weight though!! Great job :D

Oh and I bought a pair of spanx but got a cheaper idea. In Texas we have sporting stores called Academy and I bought their brand of men's shirt and undershorts (like boxers) of compression clothes. They were $12.99 a piece compared to spanx at $36.
