Hey Raquel , I'm going to the dr on the 5th so I won't go on a scale til then. I heard it takes a couple of weeks to really start losing. We'll see I look and feel much better though!

Lol i woke from surgery with a gout flare-up on my knee, never had gout b4, they took 1450cc of yellow fluid from my knee!!! I hadnt walked for 3days! God bless man, keep up the good work!
