Wow your looking great. Congratulations. I can't wait to start my journey. My surgery date is April 23.

I've now lost 238 pounds as of today but I am 2.5 years out

Thank u so much for your positive words. I have lost my mother yesterday to cancer and so your kind positive words are a change of pace. It's hard to continue being healthy when all I want to do is chow down on junk food. But I know my life will continue after this and I can't let myself down now.

I am so sorry for your loss Diddle. I lost my mother October 24th. It will get better, but I know how much you must be hurting right now, I am so srry. :-(

I just had to share!!! These are my biggest size jeans that I wore before surgery I haven't worn them in a couple weeks and it was laundry day and put them on to run to the store and I couldn't believe my eyes!!!

Aww thanks!!! I've gotten at a stuck point now and I've been lazy with going to the gym! I need a swift kick in the rear to get motivated again!!
