  • It took me a year to lose 100 pounds. I had lots of stalls. I laughed at them and they went away. Time and science is strong kung fu.

  • You've lost a lot of weight in a very short time. Your body needs time to catch up. It will come off so please be patient.

I only drink water and tea some times. I stay away from bread, pasta and anything fried. I do bike riding so my kids can go with me and walk. But I snack during the day. I do string cheese, yogurt

that's a lot of weight you should feel so happy :) I on the other hand am not feeling so happy I noticed I only lost 3lbs in September I did a lot of walking and even started using the incline on the treadmil I've lost 59lbs. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong? Or if this is how slow the weight will come off? I had surgery on 6/13/13 I am happy with the weight I've lost but it sure is coming off very slow :(

Just keep working your plan. The weight loss slows down some but you have made amazing progress. Don't backslide and you will be at goal before you know it! I know the feeling, I am in the same boat. 21lbs to go, but I have faith in my program and progress. You should as well...you've done great so far! We can do it! :)

Would you share you diet and exercise plan within the six months?

GREAT NEWS! This is my current goal too. I went down 67 in 3 months and want to do 100 in 6 months!! Thanks for sharing with us!

I think we are in the same boat. I was sleeved 6/13/13 and have lost 48 since then. My weight loss has slowed to about 1 pound a week. It gets discouraging but at least the number is going down not up.
