  1. I started losing my hair at 4 months. And it was pretty bad. I'm 7 months now and it has stopped. Thank goodness I have very thick hair. It was not very noticeable unless I wore my hair up. And my hairdresser could tell. My hair is slowly growing back but has not completely yet. I'm hoping it does eventually.

  3. I only drink water and tea some times. I stay away from bread, pasta and anything fried. I do bike riding so my kids can go with me and walk. But I snack during the day. I do string cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese.

  12. Well I will say its definitely life changing. The first 3 days were the hardest for me because of the gas pains. But it gets better. The weight is coming off for me quickly 20 pounds in 2 weeks and people are starting to notice. Don't get frustrated if you can't get all the protein down after surgery. I couldn't it takes time. Good luck!!!
  13. I am almost 2 weeks post op. scale says I'm down 20lbs. But I just can't get the protein in. Today I drank two 20oz of water and that's it. It's not that I'm nauseated its just that I'm not hungry. I feel like a whole protein shake is just too much. Does anyone know if I don't get enough protein will I continue to loose weight? Tomorrow I'm gonna to try really hard to get some protein in.
  14. Does anyone have problem with the gurgling sound after you consume anything. Water, broth, protein shakes no matter what I can feel it and hear it as it goes down. I can't to seem to get all the protein I'm suppose to in one day down either.
