It is strange in a way. I am 5 ' 11 " and currently 177. I was 360 around my surgery on July 2nd 2012. Daily cross fit has given me a good build.

Congrats on your achievement. You did well. Isn't it exciting for you to buy clothes that u thought would never fit you. I love to shop for clothes. Maybe in a year from now I will skirting a size 6....my surgery is nov 13...I have 70 pounds to lose.

i sometimes look in the mirror, not really believing that small person is me

but get over it dude
