A First...

I took my very first Zumba class tonight. Yup, I am as uncoordinated as I thought.. Lol good to know these things for sure. But. I did the 45 minutes all the way through and didn't have to rest. I'll take it!!!

Those are tough. Good work!

Love Zumba! Congrats on doing the work out! My fav classes are ones they do on a Friday night for two hours. At my gym they turn the lights off and give it a night club feel. It's a blast! Have fun!

I bought the home version and found out I fer suh have no rhythm! Lol. I am still on the instructional disk and my stupid legs feel like lead when just trying to do that. Kudos to u for a whole class!

i cannot wait to do zumba. I have wanted to do it since it came out; just didn't have the nerve. But, I will do it after i lose some weight.

Congrats on your work out program. That's a major milestone!! I cannot wait to start a work out program. I'm not cleared until 5 weeks post. I have a week and 1/2 left.

I bought the Zumba for my Wii, I've tried it a few times. I've been using my Wii Fit disc for my workouts on the nights that I don't go walking.

Good for you! Zumba can be a really tough workout and it's fun to boot.
