Okay I am talking about looking at the "BMI" height and weight ratios. I know this is all about being healthy but with my height I could be as little as 131 pounds and as much as 167. Call me crazy but weight less than my 6 foot tall son seems awkward. If you followed that format, do you think you would be healthy looking at the lowest end of the scale?
