Hi everybody. I just joined and love the wealth of information. I am 2 weeks per op and feeling very nervous. I currently weigh 340 pounds. I need this surgery to save my life.

Any advice on the per op diet? I ordered the unjury protein packs.

Just try to read up here on the forum. I'm also pre op, hoping to get approval this week. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask questions!

Welcome. This site is amazing. Go to the link http://www.si03.com/reg_index.htm. You can call and order sample package of 12 for $13 various flavors.

Its for syntrax. If the link does not work then Google syntrax. Good luck.

Welcome!

As you will notice in my signature, my starting weight was 340 as well. 210 now.

Sorry try www.si03.com

You're welcome. You're gonna love these boards. So much info. Also check out youtube. I'll be checking in with you. You'll do fine. I started in June with my first Dr. Visit and there are days when I'm so scared and then I come here and read all the success stories and I get to communicate with some amazing people and then I feel so much better. Whatever you decide to do I wish you all the luck.

Thanks Dear. I actually got a call from the surgeon today looking to move up the surgery to the week. I was nervous at first but as usual I had folks cheering me on on this forum. So, I'm going for it. Wish me luck.
