NSV.... I guess.

It is amazing to me that at nearly 3 weeks out the changes I see already. Obviously the initial loss, the clothing getting loose, more energy etc... But something that I have noticed is the decrease in my resting heart rate, before surgery high 70s to low 80s was my norm, when I would be up doing stuff I would find myself in the low 120s, which always created an out of breath, sweaty mess. I am a regular pulse checker.... And there's an app for that. So I do keep track. I now sit in the low to mid 60s and when I am up doing stuff... The 90s. Amazing what a 10% decrease in body weight can do!
