Food that get stuck

Just had about 6 spoons of mashed pot muces with tomato soup as gravy and it felt stuck. Had to drink sine water ti get it down. I know they say 30min after eating to drink..

    Im curious how far out from surgery are you? I get to start eating "mush" foods next week and I am so excited about mashed potatoes, but this makes me a little scared....
