6 weeks out and hungry

I am a little over six weeks post op. I am hungry all the time. I am not getting enough Protein. 20-40 grams a day.

I am losing weight I just feel like I am eating all the time. I am using my fitness pal and staying around 1000 calories. I am just worried I will stretch my tummy out

Any one else experiencing this?

If you are eating 1000 calories and only getting up to 40 grams of protein, I really encourage you to rethink your food choices. Eat more protein rich foods and less carbs and you will stay fuller lon

Some times I just need to hear someone say "get it together". Thanks

I am 6 months out and barely get to 900 a day. Be sure and get your water in. Thirst feels like hunger with the sleeve!

Odds are if you would get enough protein you wouldn't feel hungry. Good Luck.
