  • That's the best start. Consider "The Big Book of the Gastric Sleeve", ask any questions, start to ween away from caffine and carbonation, and try to start a sensible diet!

Thank you:) I'm a huge coffee gal so I've started slowly replacing coffee with hot tea. I'm planning my surgery right at Mardi Gras, King cakes and crawfish season... I do not need caffeine withdraw

HW - 310. SW - 294. CW - 274. :). I had a 2 week preop diet that got the first 15 off. I've been in the famous "3 week stall" for about 6 days and haven't lost anything but that should end soon and ill start dropping again

Welcome.. This site and the people on it are great resources.. Hope all goes well for you and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask..

I've been on this site since March 2013, I totally agree with everyone that this is a very good informative site. I have finished up my all my appts except for the final one with the surgeon and it is Sept 16 2013. Nervous and excited all in one. Don't really know what all to ask anyone so any info will be very appreciative.
