  • I still get it at times now and I'm almost 4 months out. That's your sleeve working for you! Try to drink smaller amounts at a time don't gulp. I need to still learn not to eat too fast same thing

  • 6 months put and I still get restriction from too much water. I measure my food so typically that's not an issue. But if I drink too much water at one time I can feel it for sure.

6 months put and I still get restriction from too much water. I measure my food so typically that's not an issue. But if I drink too much water at one time I can feel it for sure.

I usually drink my Water in 23-24 oz bottles. I've always been a gulper. To combat that, I fill my mouth with water and then sip it down slowly. The other sip way (small sips back to back) was way too much for me.

Also, I still get too full on water. So by filling my mouth, I can regulate myself better.
