I was the opposite I wanted everything during my cycle but could only eat what I normally had been eating. I did manage to have a bit more of my meals a couple times.

Do you feel tired or overall not well?

Every now and then I will have a meal where it seems I just cannot eat and get full much faster than usual. I think that it probably has to do with either the density of the food I am eating, or maybe I didn't chew well enough, but I give it a few hours and then I feel fine.

If this starts happening every time you eat, you need to call your doctor because it could be a stricture.
