Friday is my surgery!

So this is my first time posting on here. My surgery is set for this Friday! Feeling excited, nervous, scared, anxious and ready! I've been preparing for this day for over 9 months now. I've been struggling with my weight since I was a kid. I'm 5'3 and 220 pounds. My heaviest has been 235. I'm so very thankful I have the support of my family. I know this will not only change my life but theirs too! I'm ready to do this!

The liquid diet has been challenging. There have been days where I want to eat everything in sight but then I remind myself of the big picture! Keeping busy also has helped me. Sitting watching tv makes me want to snack so I try to find other activities around the house to do!

Im on Friday too and I didnt have a pre op diet but I think I should have because I have literally eaten everything I can think of. After my restaurant tour you guys will have quite the head start on me. Good luck to everyone!

angry- I'm the same way! Only 1 day clear liquid! I kept calling my surg. coordinator and was like "are you 100% positive it's only 1 day??" She probably just looooooved that!
