Sip. Sip. Sip

I'm on my 2 week full liquid diet right now, am I the only one that feels like I am literally sipping something (slowly, to fast and it hurts bad) every min of the day! I sip Water and then go right to sipping my Protein Shakes and then I sip my broth! Nothing stays in the pouch long so I can sip, sip, sip :)

Let me add one thing, I don't sip broth close to my protein shake I usually wait a while in between shakes, broth and Popsicle!!!! Water sipped all the time!! Water requirements are 64oz a day so I'm trying to get all my fluids in!!!

It sounds like you are doing well. It does feel like this is the entire day during that phase, but you seem on point so good for you!
