ran into 2 ppl this week that had not seen me in at least a Year, said,,,,"OMG, your are skinny".....what do you say...????

Try going with, "What? Are you saying I was Fat before?" ;)

I'm getting this a lot lately! Even to the point of some one saying I'm too skinny. Lol

At a BMI that still say Obesity I'm not Skinny.

To the OP, curious what other vets have to say.

I got asked how much I plan to loose, really. Ok

Til I am in normal BMI range.
