Has anyone found that If they get on the scale in the morning they have gain weight but if u get on the scale later in the day u lost the pds what u gain in the morning ,I seem.heavy in the mornings when IM just waking up ,that's weird to becuz before the sleeve when I use to diet I was light in the morning when just waking up

maybe you shouldn't weigh yourself 2X a day???

the weight fluctuations can you/ will make you crazy!!! :o

I do weigh myself daily - many OP don't like/suggest that!!!

I say, "oh well, i'm gonna do it anyways!!! :D )

but of course i still love them ;)
