      Thanks for all your replies. My stats are: Before: 112.4kgs (247lbs) Now: 63.5 (140lbs) Height: 5'4 My biggest piece of advice is to exercise, drink lots of Water and try and get your Protei

    I wrote my workout regiment on page 1 of this thread :)

    It took about a month and a half to two months to start exercising properly after surgery. I am about 7 months out now
