I wrote my workout regiment on page 1 of this thread :)

It took about a month and a half to two months to start exercising properly after surgery. I am about 7 months out now

Thank you all for sharing your photos. It makes me more excited about doing the sleeve surgery. I am proud of each and everyone of you!
