My Dr. requires me to do a 14 day liquid diet. This will be hard on me because state fair is coming to town and my son and I love college football games. No turkey leg. No funnel cake. No corn dogs. No popcorn. Whew! This will be the most greatest challenge I've ever experienced. I'm prepared for this game because I want to lose!!!!!

I'm still in pre-op. Starting weight 252. First consultation on Oct 1 weight 232. Surgery date Oct 28. My liquids will begin on Oct 13. Pray for me. State fair and some college games I'll be attending. Food will be all over the place. -
I was told the same thing from my nutritionist to current sleevers. Taking your protein every single is the key. God blessings!
