Sickieeee :(

I'm 6 weeks post op and started out real good. Here this last week I don't feel hungry and when I make myself eat I feel nauseas. Has any body else experienced this? It makes me nervous.

Drink, drink, drink. It is possibly dehydration. It is more important to drink than eat. While your body breaks down all the fat your metabolism needs more water/fluid than you might normally have needed in the past. If I can tell I'm thirsty (that's late) I start to catch up as quick as I can. Mostly I try not to let it happen. Once you're hydrated you may feel like eating. Don't drink while eating , for me not for 1/2 hour before and after eating. I hope you feel better soon!

Please see your surgeon on stuff like this - if your worried, see him/her and get an answer. The worst thing that can happen is that it's nothing. At least you'll know one way or another.
