So I'm 2 months out and I've lost 29lbs a lot of that weight was early out and now I'm losing quite slowly and have many weeks where I don't loose at all. My restriction is good and I simply can't eat too much so it is frustrating how my body is really clinging on to the fat as much as possible.
I am unable to hit the gym as I have a knee problem (which will require surgery) so I'm disadvantaged that I cannot exercise as I used to. Others have re-assured me that the weight will still come off but this might explain my slow losses but it is incredibly frustrating that I am eating maybe 80% less than I used to yet my losses are so slow.
The good news is that my thyroid medication for hyperthyroidism has been halved.
Anyone else finding this a slow slog?
