trouble taking my chewable vitamins

Anyone having trouble taking there chewable vitamins. I feel like vomiting all the time. I start feeling weak . Any thing that will help

Same problem and mine made me throw up. So I'd take and then throw them right back up. My surgeon finally cleared me to take them with a small sip of Water. Then at 5 weeks she approved me to take ones I can swallow (if I break them up).

To be honest, I don't always break them up but that's because I found the smallest ones I could.

After about three weeks of trying to get the chewable down, I tried gummies I hated those as well then I switched to Citracal Calcium Citrate and those I tolerated fine. I just bought the Calcium Citrate in petite, they are about 3/4 inch long and easy to swallow.

If I take mine on an empty stomach I will get sick.
