I never had it prior to reaching goal, and on the liquid pureed stage, I could have nothing that wouldn't go through a straw....since I am in maintenence I have a measured amount now. I am not sure it

Peanut butter in small amounts (no more than 2 T.) is recommended for my puree stage, as long as it fits within my calorie budget for the day. Only creamy peanut butter though!

Has anyone tried this on the soft puréed stage? I just licked some off a spoon and it tasted heavenly! I would assume it's ok as long as you are not eating it by the spoonful! Thoughts?
