Shopping in the normal sized section of stores. Getting sweaty at the gym, instead of being in pain and dreading it. Looking and feeling 100 times better than I did before surgery. Too many things

When I think about how skinny I am now and notice when others are looking at me.....

when I am having dinner and I'm just a little bit buzzed and I look down and realize how tiny my body is now.....

When I fit into my jeans and I look into the mirror.....I'm like "Wowwwwwwwwwww!"

I go to the mall and notice a skinny chick walking near, thinking I want to be that skinny, and then I realize, that's me! :P

Having a normal bs panel......DB in control........:P

This is wonderful in more ways then one. :P

Seeing my collarbone. Buying size 4's and 6's. Not being the biggest girl in the room. Feeling like I am in control now, food is not. Someone referring to ME as being small, skinny or petite. The chubby girl inside smiles! :)

Mobility better, off meds, scale going down, wearing smaller clothes..

Still putting way too much on my plate ( like I always did) and having to quit eating after 2 minutes. Plate still mostly ful.

Not trying things on in the store and getting home to find I've bought clothes that are too big - Again.

When my 15 yr old son walks up and says "Mom you are quite a bit smaller"

Sitting in my favorite chair at night and noticing that my legs look like they must belong to someone else. Those thinner legs can't possibly be mine.

Noticing that the people who looked at me strangely when I told them I was running off to Mexico to have most of my stomach removed are now looking at me like they wish losing weight was as easy for them. Haha! I don't bother to tell them that this hasn't exactly been then easiest thing I've ever done.

After 3 months of feeling bad and just not myself after surgery, now I'm feeling real good and I am thankful for it.

What makes me smile is knowing that very soon I will be on my way to a healthier me.

Sooo glad you are feeling better and more like yourself!!!

yesterday, my neighbor and i were talking about my mom (she recently moved from GA closer to me)

"Linda" asked me her size(we were talking about wheelchair sizes - they are different)

linda goes, "is she small like you" :o

felt like saying " are you talking to me :o ;)

bigggggggggg smile :D
