Thnx i needed to read that.....the way they were actin i was tryin hide my weight loss....but they're the one with the problem not me!!! I have nothing to be ashamed of

I know what you mean and have had a few people say to me thatI must have had surgery to have lost as much as i have so quickly. Nevermind that i have not told them why i was out for 6 weeks. It bothered me at first but not now. They are not my family, nor friends and they are just trying to fill a hole in their heart by picking on others. The bible says if your hand causes you to sin then cut it off. My stomach was causing me problems so i cut it out. Well, my doc did.

I'm lucky I told every one before I got that I was having the surgery and everyone has been supportive. And everyone just have questions, I get all the time are you still not hungry. I've gotten a lot of complements everyone seems amazed how quick the weight is coming off. One of my co-workers keep staring at me last week and said OMG your head has even got smaller.

Sorry that your co-works are such a holes, but all that matters that your happy with yourself.

You have NOTHING to be ashamed about! You made a selfless decision to get your life back on track and start a journey to becoming healthy! They are the ones who should be ashamed for judging!

Keep it up!!
