I have those also I'm gonna try them. You usually do it with milk or Water?

I mix it with half water and half unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Ill try that tonight..

Drinking chocolate truffle with unsweetened almond milk now. Yum! I really like most all of them except the iced tea. Yuk.

Why unsweetened almond milk as opposed to regular milk? Is it allergy, taste, nutrition? I've never tried it and was wondering.....Many Thanks!

I realize regular milk has more protein, but I wanted to see if I like the almond milk in case I end up lactose intolerant post-op. Every so often dairy can be a little weird for me, so I just wanted to be prepared in case it is a no-go after surgery.

Almond milk is lower calorie and it has more calcium/ect on top of Vitamin e. Also it has no hormones and it just tastes good

My NUT recommends unsweetened almond milk also. Less sugars. I'm surprised how good it tastes too! Lately I've been mixing my shakes with just water. I love the lemon tea but I need to mix 1 scoop of nectar lemon tea with 1/2 packet of crystal light lemon tea with 16 oz. water and lots of ice. Very refreshing!

Thank you all for the replies, appreciate it! Will have to try some of the unsweetened almond milk, thanks!

I use almond milk because it has dramatically fewer carbs than regular milk.

I love the apple one, and thought the Caribbean cooler tasted way too fake. And I tried everything, even crushed ice to make it like a slurpee.

The one that really repulsed me was the Crystal Sky. It's ELECTRIC BLUE and tastes like the south pointing end of a northbound cow. Bleah!

That's something......I had never thought about milk & carbs until my NUT pointed it out....yikes! Thanks again everyone, appreciate your input!!!!!!!

I have some packs too but I'm a little nervous to use it. I have stayed away from powders because I can't stand that foamy bubbly stuff that sits on top after you mix it. Does this brand do that too or is there a way to avoid that? Maybe I'm mixing it too much? What's the best way to mix it?
