Get back to basics, protein, protein, protein, and veggies. Weight does slow down the further out you get. Just get yourself back on track and go walking......You've done well so far so let's not stop

Maybe your body is in starvation mode. Try upping your calorie intake if that is the case. I am sure you have made great progress, dont feel discouraged and think about how far you have come along!

I'm feeling a bit discouraged. I'm 11 months post-op and I've been at the same weight since April. I know I haven't been eating terrible, but I know I haven't been eating great either. I know I need to up my exercise too. Has anyone else stalled for this long and then been able to get back into routine and lose more weight? I've got about 40lbs to go. Just need some encouragement.
