I agree, you'll have a hard time finding a sense of full. Part of it is definitely the food stage, the liquids don't stay in your stomach long, though you may feel a difference based on the thickness

I'm day ten post op, won't start pureed foods for another four days. Can someone explain the full feeling? I get all my liquids in no problem and I don't feel full from it, will it be different once I go on pureed foods?
