  1.    meemee reacted to a post in a topic: Feeling great 2 months out !
  2. I'm just over five weeks out from getting sleeved. Current still on the pureed stage, also working out 6 days a week. I my progress is 47 lbs so far.. Before surgery I suffered from ed, mostly managed with me day, but not totally. I one of the big reasons I choose to have the sleeve. But seems like things have gotten worse not better. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this since the operation?
  3. I go chicken or tuna salad, add few pickles dash of salt pepper onion onion mix, run thru food processor, add mayo til wet, I've also found a product by waldens in the health good section, they have regular mayo, ranch mayo and chipotle mayo, all tasty no carbs calories fat.. All natural.... Potatoe one in a while, and lots of eggs, measure out 1/2 cup and nuke them Yummi
  4. I've been told it takes six weeks to fully heal, why I'm now on pureed foods til that time. Also why they have me eating only pureed, they don't want to much food in there as once, keep the stomach acids at a min to aid in healing
  5. Amazing beautiful, can I ask what this cost by chance?
  6. Great explanations, thanx to all
  7. I'm day ten post op, won't start pureed foods for another four days. Can someone explain the full feeling? I get all my liquids in no problem and I don't feel full from it, will it be different once I go on pureed foods?
  8. Oh Gotcha, ya no staples here either, just those strips, some incisions have lots of bruising others none, first week follow up, doc said it was normal
  9. Nausea day of, never since. Was told can take showers on day three I believe, but was also told don't run the Water directly on incisions to often, so I'm guessing no swimming for a bit.... Also told stay off my bicycle for six weeks post op, takes that long to fully heal and don't wanna push things, so about four more weeks
  10. I heard I had to fart and pee to leave, I was up and in bathroom peeing ten minutes after surgery. Was released following day, farted second day, and bm third day as I recall if that is what you wanna call it, it's no where near normal lol
  11. I went to the local market day after surgery and felt so depressed, but it's definitely better now,. Yes you can pig out just like you use to. Just take time and lots of ever eating, so don't
  12. Oh not good news I'm supposed to start the gall stone pills in four days, on day ten post op
  13. I'm day ten post op, returned to work day nine, no issues getting three glasses protein shake in, plus another fifty oz of crystal light, first day or two was slow going.. Was released day after surgery, started doing 1.5 mile walks day after that. Only time I've been nausea or puked was day of surgery..
  14. They took out your staples, I never heard that before. As far as I know they went in one time and were done
