Protein panic attack

I'm having panic attacks stressing over not being able to get my protein shakes down. I'm 3 weeks post op. I've tried whey, isapure and nectur. Tried freezing them. Can't handle any of them. I'm burnt out on eggs and beans from trying to get some protein in. I've been told there's protein pills? I even bought some unflavored soy protein powder. That didn't mix well. Any ideas anyone? Plzzz help!!

You can reduce the sweetness by adding more milk or Water. I do 1 scoop with 8oz water over ice.

I have nor rtd premiere protein drink in the morning. I use the vanilla add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to 3 oz hot water and use a shaker bottle mixing coffee protein shake and ice. It is my daily treat and I look forward to it every morning.

Same here! The Unjury chocolate is really, really sweet.

Have you tried making protein ice cream? Check out theworldaccordingtoeggface for some recipes if you want to try it.

I really like the Syntrax nectars. Several companies offer sample packs. (Some let you choose your flavors -- others pick for you.)

Any time I use a plain vanila Protein powder (usually Isopure -- best protein/carb ratio), I always add a splash of Torani SF salted caramel. It's really sweet too, so you have to be careful with how much you put in there.
