I lied.

I lied. I took his flirting with me in TJ to mean more then it was. From these posts you can see how easy it could happen - woman are now saying he tried it with them because he "touched their arm" or "said they were beautiful" I don't want people to second guess the care they received. I know he flirts w everyone but I read it as more than it was and got it in my head that he liked me. I think We did have a connection and at a time where I was most vulnerable. I took this too far and it's spiralled out of control - i only wanted speculation and for him to know I was mad, not everyone! I didn't want his name out there. But costing his career is too much , he is as I HAVE stated before, a very good Dr and I don't want to take that reputation away from him because of my bipolar behaviour ... I'm not a troll but also have no evidence he has slept w any patients. But this punishment doesn't fit the crime. I took it the wrong was and felt rejected and stupid when he set me straight. I just want to retract my claim we slept together and apologise to the other Drs and company because none of them deserved this backlash, i didn't think it through before I posted and didn't think about who else would get hurt by it.. I'm sorry to everyone effected

you are jumping to conclusions based off of a person you know and a mental disorder you don't know much about.

All I am saying is my experience with ONE person not YOU and not every bipolar person!

Just like she made the choice' date=' HE made the choice. He just had a lot more to lose. It's bizarre to me that they were both equally responsible for this nonsense yet you feel that HE is the victim. Did he really think that no one would ever turn on him? That's quite egotistical IMHO.

He was just as wrong as she was and he should have kept it in his pants. That's the bottom line.[/quote']

If I was single and I slept with my dr I would not report it because Im smart enough to know its a one night stand. She is not a victim because she was ready and willing and she didn't lose her job.

Hello she said she lied about the incident so why are you still talking like she didn't?

Hello to you, too! She wasn't the only one who made these claims. I am sure that Dr.Garcia didn't let Luna go on this one claim and that there were either previous incidents or a lot more was uncovered. I am fairly certain that there is proof that this CONSENSUAL affair did happen, and they were both wrong. The only difference is, as I stated before, he had a lot more to lose.

I haven't read on here where other women said they did so unless YOU were one of them stop trying to act like you know every claim made is true.

Obviously she thought it was more and obviously she was wrong.

Do I think she came out with this because she was a woman scorned? YUP.

Do I think she retracted her story because she was sweet talked? YUP.

Do I think she was wrong sleeping with him? YUP.

Did he take an oath to protect his patients? YUP.

Did they both make foolish decisions? YUP.

Does is suck for everyone involved? YUP.

The moral of this story is, keep it in your pants if you can't handle the consequences no matter if you have a genie OR a peenie.

Well golly gee whiz!! Thank you for schooling me on that. I will be sure to take your advice on how and when I express my opinion sometime never. ;)

you can quit acting like you know every claim is false

This is what you risk when you can't control yourself at your job. Someone getting upset and blasting you. If you ask me, he asked for it. You can't string patients /customers along by sleeping with them at a place of business and not suffer consequences. Come on. I'm surprised at how many people are defending him and his actions. I'm not defending her by any means, but she wasn't risking her career for this fling. Only her reputation is at stake here. If you break the rules expect the consequences.

I agree where are the other ladies that are making the claim?

I find it funny you are still talking trash like he did do something when she said he didn't! This is the internet and people like to MAKE UP things for attention and people like you give fuel to the fire when you continue to say that you believed he slept with her when she said he DID NOT.

I'm not acting like every claim is false but you keep defending the lady who DID make a false claim. I'm angry at the people on here still defending her. She said that she lied about him sleeping with her. I think most of you are crazy drama queens because you keep trying to stir up trouble when I'm trying to defend the doctor. A lot of you are still trying to defend her lies.

I agree with everything written here but regardless, I dont think the punishment fit the crime, especially if they possibly didnt do anything

Uhm....ok.

I will stand by my thought that Dr.Garcia is clearly a gifted and well respected surgeon. If he did not feel his staff was in the wrong, he would not have let Luna go. I am sure all the patients who have worked with Dr. Garcia in the past trust him and trust his decision to do the right thing.

I have no need to prove to you what else I know. I will leave it at that and wish you a good night! Your opinion of me means little to naught.
