Sounds like you are doing well, way to go! I am definitely not a hot weather person. Thank goodness for air conditioning, or I would never survive these Florida summers. I do all my workouts at the gym, big fans, air conditioning, yep, that's what I'm talking about! :D

One of the unexpected benefits that i am so looking forward to is feeling cold like so may sleevers talk about. My wife is thrilled that could happen, we have been having thermostat wars for 39 yrs.

Yea I do get cold easily but not outside walking lol in this heat

what part of the country are you in?

I was going to say I haven't seen the cold posts since probably early spring. I think we'll feel cold during the fall but not in the summer. I guess it all depends where you live. I live in WA where it's mild temperatures and it has felt pretty warm lately.

What part of WA do you live in? We were up there in May (Seattle) taking a cruise to Alaska. My stepson and his gf live in the Tacoma area. It's absolutely beautiful up there. Even prettier than Oregon (where I live)

I grew up and spend most my time in Seattle but I currently live in Tacoma. It is beautiful especially in the summer but we are kind of whimps when it gets warm (80+). :)
